That looks very cool, very professional!
As it turns out, I am building a practice cab for my son. I didn't do much research into building guitar cabs before I jumped in, so it is (a) a sealed design, (b) big, (c) heavy, because I made it out of MDF, and (d) designed/built like a hifi speaker because that's all I knew going in

. I course corrected enough in the end so the rear panel will be removable, and a grill possible, but it's not my finest hour

.
I picked up a little 5 watt amplifier for it on closeout at Parts Express, comes from a SKB pedalboard called the Footnote. It has nifty features as a practice amp (AUX in, headphone out, power for multiple pedals). Put it in a separate box so he can lug it around wherever to practice with headphones.
A question for those in the know... the cab is turning out sufficiently nice that I'll probably stick a different, more efficient driver (I used a Goldwood 10" my brother had lying around) in it at some point. Any 10" or 12" drivers that would work well in a roughly 2 cubic foot closed back (sealed) cab?
thanks!
