Last year I build AK4495 DAC from DIYinHK kit. It comes with DAC and two PS regulators, 3.3/5v and 12v. See the links below.

This is my first experience soldering PCB mounts, so not the best job.
To make it work, you would need a dual opamp and a XMOS module, and ps transformers. I was using the Isolated XMOS linked below. They have a cheaper model too.
