Hello from the SF bay area. Long time DIYer - started reading Sound Practices in the 90s and been building stuff ever since. I read about this group last fall on the SP mailing list and have been popping in occasionally ever since. Thought it was time to register and join the conversation. Regards, ---Gary |

I used to live in NY, so I know the east coast pretty well and have been to the DC area a number of times. Business has gotten me to the the DC/Baltimore area 3 times in the last 2 years, so you never know when I might show up. ---Gary |

Welcome Gary. I lived in the Bay area when I went to UCB. Been a while though. Last time I visited Berkeley it had changed drastically since the mid '60s when I was there. Tom |

Tom I live on the Peninsula, pretty close to Stanford. But I get up to Berkeley from time to time since the record stores up there are pretty good. Wasn't around this part of the world in the 60's - I only moved here 10 years ago although I also went to school here in the 80s. But except for school and the last 10 years, I have been an east coaster. Thanks to all for the welcome. ---Gary |
