Anyway: this is me and it's good to meet you. Ed Form
Welcome to DCAudioDIY here in the Colonies! There is a lot of knowledge to be gained and a lot of opinions -- since you live in the "home" of audio and the greatest designer to have ever lived (Peter Walker) I hope you will not be disappointed. Cheers and a pint of your favorite brew! |

Cheers and a pint of your favorite brew! I'd have to come stateside for that since it's Anchor Steam. I understand why you plump for Peter Walker but I spent a lot of my early days in the industry talking with and learning from Stanley Kelly so I'm biased towards him for that accolade - In 1973 he showed me a beryllium HF unit he kept in a drawer at his place in Margate having made it in the early 50's when beryllium was unobtanium - and he invented low foam detergent!!! Ed Form
During my evil past I had a pair of Kelly Ribbons. No one has designed an improvement on that speaker to this day. I think Dick Sequerra came closest. |

Hi Ed: Welcome. Lots of good info and energetic discussions here. Before I retired I did an extended project for the company in Milton Keynes so they moved me there for 6 months where I lived in Newport Pagnell. Fun to watch them wheel the engines from the Aston Martin engine plant across the street to the newer chassis plant. Had a great time there. I have had a DEQX Express II for some years and love it. When I move to my new house I am planning to get an HDP-5 and use both in conjunction to get 4 stereo channels. |

Hi Ed, If you have questions about the dspMusik2x8, I have them in my system. Just let me know. Use them in both my three way and line array speakers. Have fun! |
