Forbid to use when any outside screwdriver is lost?

They probably don't want you to use it if any of the case screws are missing?

Good advice for improper usage. Back when I was getting started in electronics I was working as an electronic technician. One of the engineers was playing around and acted like he was using a hot air gun to dry his armpits. His shirt ignited. I don't believe this happened because one of the outside screwdrivers was lost. Maybe there was a screw loose though.
