Can anyone recommend a 8-chanel dac with differential outputs (balanced) and usb input (for htpc). Of course all 8 channels must be clock synced. |

Does it need to do multichannel audio decoding or using it for a two channel multi-way digital crossover? |

The system is 5.1 with the main speakers (R and L) bi-amplified thus 7.1 channels. |
