Now for something different. https://www.penfolds.com/en-au/wines/grange-record-player-console.html Penfolds Grange has long been Australia's best wine. It's easily the best wine I have ever tasted. In fact, I could still taste the wine the next day and it was only 12 years old. Just super intense. Getting back to the record player, it would not surprise me if the turntable / preamp was the cheapest part of the combo. Even the relatively recent vintages cost over $700 per bottle and you would need to cellar them for a number of years before the wine becomes drinkable.
