A drawing and dimensions please.

3 inch by 3 3/4 inch.

I don't have any extra loose binding posts. My plan was to use nuts-n-bolts on the plastic, but it may not go as I was planning.

Here is how I did my speaker terminals. I can help if you want. I used a small milling machine to drill the holes for the banana jacks accurately -

I live in Silver Spring.

I like what you did. I will figure out a time to come up.

I have a lot of spare dual binding post and dual banana jacks if you want any.

What will frequency will a 470 mF capacitor do?

Here is a link to a web site where you can put in the impedances of the drivers and the desired crossover frequency and it will give you the values need for the crossover.

https://www.v-cap.com/speaker-crossover ... Calculator

With a 6 ohm tweeter a 470uF cap will give a crossover at about 56 Hz. In other words WAYYYY too big a cap.

I think it is mF, not uF.

mF would be milli-farads which would be enormous.

Is there a reverse calculator that will give you a frequency of a certain component?
