Balanced to unbalanced converter

At the DC HiFi Group meeting today, interest was expressed in the balanced to unbalanced converter I built as a project which became an audioXpress article. Unfortunately the two issues of the magazine covering the project are each larger than the 2 MB limit so I cannot load them. Instead, I'm including the schematic and two data sheets on the active devices used. The sheets not only contain info on the ICs but also great info on balanced circuits. They are both still available.
