Is this stereo Single Ended or Push-pull mono?
Single ended because it works on one arm.

I would say it is a retro electronic analog watch. The only problem is you have to be careful not to burn your wrist.

That vid doesn't show the backpack full of lead-acid batteries required to run the thing.

Its geeky enough to make me smile. The tube has LED and its for the looks only and my kids like it too. So I am getting one.

A quick internet search I found it for $50. It is really silly, but fun, almost temping
